昨天终于把我的2颗智齿给拔了，其实到现在还清楚我到底有没有这个必要拔他们，可是医生说拔了就比较好take care, 那拔就拔吧。

5点40的医生，到了后签了张纸条，就被请到一边的椅子上做准备，上了麻药后就是一阵敲敲打打，

3分钟后我跟左边的那颗say good bye, 又2分钟后，右边的那颗也脱离我的牙床，

整个过程就5分钟，完了我就满口棉花的回家了。

一切似乎都挺顺利的， 因为牙医用了好多麻药，所以也没觉得怎么疼，

不过因为嘴里多了2 个大洞，而且是一边一个，还不停的往外流血，吃东西成了问题。

昨天晚上到11点多时饿的晕了，吃了蒸蛋，这个不用咬，直接吞就可以了。

因为昨天白天有吃好多东西，所以还行，吃完也就去睡了。

今天一天只能喝糊糊的东西

早上11点时喝了2罐酸奶

到下午2点又用草莓,蓝莓，红莓，黑莓，香蕉，2罐酸奶，苹果汁和橙汁打了糊糊喝，

喝完又觉得不吃点咸的觉得难受，3点又翻箱倒柜的找出了一包玉米浓汤的料。加个鸡蛋，煮了吃后终于觉得好受点了。

晚餐还是喝汤，不过这次喝的时酸菜苦瓜排骨汤。喝了2碗，才又了那么点饱足感。

10点时吃了3颗草莓，这可是唯一的固体事物啊。细嚼慢咽的吃了

11点又喝了一碗南瓜加水和一点糖的糊糊。

这种日子要坚持3天啊，我觉得过完这几天，我应该就可以成功的减5磅吧。 哈哈。
