最近一直update我做的菜，却一直没有把make up的一些照片拿出来，怎么说那还是我的主业哪，哈哈，只不过这个最近一直荒着。

Airbrush 是一个超级费时的工作，要在全身上色不是一时半会就可以完成的。不过最掺的还是模特，光着身子站在那里，还不能动的太多，还有用airbrush喷和等颜料蒸发变干时还会非常冻人！

每次去吃韩国料理，他们都会送一些小菜，这个熬土豆是我最喜欢吃的，土豆块看上去很简单,好象只放酱油煮一煮,没有其他的材料, 连葱,韭菜都没有.光光的.但就是配出来的味道一级棒，甜甜的。几乎是每次必点的一个菜，而且因为可以免费添加，所以每次都会多要一盆。也就只敢多要一盆，不好意思一直要啊。哈哈，所以寻思着自己再家里整这个土豆。

材料：

土豆，盐，油，水，生抽，糖，蜂蜜

做法：

1) 土豆洗净剥皮后，切成小块（大约1.5cm左右，如果切得太大的话，不容易熟）放进去盐水里面。盐和水的比率是盐1勺和水2杯。大概10分以后，把土豆拿出来洗2~3次。（这样做可以把土豆里面的淀粉洗出来。淀粉少了以后，熬的过程中土豆不容易碎。）

2）锅里热油，放入土豆块大火炒一炒。（这个也可以用炸的，可是我觉得家里炸东西不方便，炒炒味道也不错）

3）放半杯水，盐，生抽，糖（1匙）和蜂蜜（0.5匙）以后，盖上盖子用中火熬8~10分钟。（中间可以翻几次，防止粘锅）

4）打开锅盖，收干水份就是好吃的韩国熬土豆了。（我也不知道是不是叫熬土豆，就瞎取了这个名。哈哈）

最近Yaohan的鸡腿一直在打折，才99C一磅，不过要买5磅才可以，之前买过一次，折腾了半天做了好多种不同的味道，还冷冻了一些。不过昨天想吃炒鸡，家里之前买的不够了，所以就干脆在搬5磅回来。冰箱里还有栗子，就做了栗子炒鸡。还顺手拿了一盒鸡肝，时不时的吃一些动物内脏其实对身体很好。

做法：

鸡肉洗净，切块，下油锅炒炒，加入鸡肝和栗子，再加入生抽，老抽，料酒，糖和水。水要没过鸡肉。生抽已经有咸味了，所以我没有加盐，如果觉得味道不够可以再加一点盐。大火烧开后转中火，慢慢收干水份就可以了。
