最后献上几个光着膀子的帅哥，哈哈。

这个是我第一个用单反照的菜。以后争取多拍些片片

土豆泥老虎虾是好久之前在一家很有名的海鲜餐庭吃过一个很类似的菜，当时对她回味无穷，今天突发奇想，自己也来动手做一个。

做法： 1. 老虎虾放盐水里煮熟，去壳，留一点点在尾巴那里。
          2. 土豆去皮，切小块，放水里煮熟，压成泥. 锅里加一点黄油，放入土豆泥，加一点牛奶和盐，拌匀。
          3. 番茄去皮，丢入搅拌机打碎，锅里放一点油，加入一点点大蒜，到入番茄，加一点黑胡椒，干九层塔，牛奶和盐。小火煮15分钟左右。
          4. 把所有东西装盘，丢一些蔬菜在上面就可以了。

我一个星期的vacation马上就over了，可我好像什么也没做就又要回去上班了:(

这个星期天气超好的，所以昨天带着小猴子去了UBC的海边。

Monkie超爱沙滩的，她一踩到沙子上就超兴奋的，一直跑一直跑，可能跟她平时踩草地的感觉很不同吧。 哈哈。

当然我们也照了超多照片的。用大相机照的可爽了。 哈哈。

最近一直update我做的菜，却一直没有把make up的一些照片拿出来，怎么说那还是我的主业哪，哈哈，只不过这个最近一直荒着。

Airbrush 是一个超级费时的工作，要在全身上色不是一时半会就可以完成的。不过最掺的还是模特，光着身子站在那里，还不能动的太多，还有用airbrush喷和等颜料蒸发变干时还会非常冻人！

每次去吃韩国料理，他们都会送一些小菜，这个熬土豆是我最喜欢吃的，土豆块看上去很简单,好象只放酱油煮一煮,没有其他的材料, 连葱,韭菜都没有.光光的.但就是配出来的味道一级棒，甜甜的。几乎是每次必点的一个菜，而且因为可以免费添加，所以每次都会多要一盆。也就只敢多要一盆，不好意思一直要啊。哈哈，所以寻思着自己再家里整这个土豆。

材料：

土豆，盐，油，水，生抽，糖，蜂蜜

做法：

1) 土豆洗净剥皮后，切成小块（大约1.5cm左右，如果切得太大的话，不容易熟）放进去盐水里面。盐和水的比率是盐1勺和水2杯。大概10分以后，把土豆拿出来洗2~3次。（这样做可以把土豆里面的淀粉洗出来。淀粉少了以后，熬的过程中土豆不容易碎。）

2）锅里热油，放入土豆块大火炒一炒。（这个也可以用炸的，可是我觉得家里炸东西不方便，炒炒味道也不错）

3）放半杯水，盐，生抽，糖（1匙）和蜂蜜（0.5匙）以后，盖上盖子用中火熬8~10分钟。（中间可以翻几次，防止粘锅）

4）打开锅盖，收干水份就是好吃的韩国熬土豆了。（我也不知道是不是叫熬土豆，就瞎取了这个名。哈哈）
